@jonburke et al When onboarding new P2 users on my sites, I have referred them to the P2Help section on Interface at https://p2help.wordpress.com/using-p2/the-interface/ With the recent changes, those pages need to be updated. Thanks.

I can’t say I’m loving this change to P2 which I now see also affects all my own P2’s. Can someone explain the rational for the change and whether we have the option of changing it back to the way it was previously? Thanks.
Also, I see a “submit for review” button below the posting area instead of Posts let you share long-form, formatted content — like project plans or documentation — directly in P2. They are displayed in reverse chronological order. User roles are the different sets of permissions that allow users to perform certain tasks.

Is there a mechanism in place to notify site Admins/Editors that a A draft is a post or page that has been saved, but hasn't been published yet. Posts let you share long-form, formatted content — like project plans or documentation — directly in P2. They are displayed in reverse chronological order.

sidebar when I come to the site, there are several posts that are presented as new if I click on the check mark. (FF 84.0.1 (64-bit))

I just noticed this on this P2 as well as an older P2 that I am a member of (FH). The new Posts let you share long-form, formatted content — like project plans or documentation — directly in P2. They are displayed in reverse chronological order. P2 notifications keep you informed about things that need your attention. On desktop find them in the bell icon in your top right corner. Also find notifications in your WordPress apps. The sidebar is the vertical column on the left side of P2 used for displaying information other than the main content. P2's sidebars contain widgets that an administrator can customize.
